Although the project purpose and results will vary based on the client’s desired outcome, every engagement will contain common outputs or components. These will consist of:

  1. Definition of the purpose and goal of the project.
  2. Specific activities to be accomplished relative to the scope of the project including a project plan.
  3. Identification of all requirements to meet/exceed clients needs.
  4. Assessment of the environment including internal issues, competitors, technology, legislation or socio-economic factors.
  5. Robust model, analysis, study and/or system.
  6. Redesign of the business process and activities.
  7. Implementation of the redesigned process and measurement system.
  8. Monitoring of the success or failure of the redesign and it’s cost impact.
  9. Follow up until desired results are achieved.

Clients will receive project status reports at specific intervals including a full review of the study, model or system. A full report and review will be included at project completion including hard copies of the before-and-after models, quantified savings and improvements, and monitoring requirements.
